PAYMENT

Payment may be made by paypal account or credit card. You do not need or have to create a paypal account to pay for order, simply choose the pay now option on the payment page.

If you prefer to pay by cheque please contact us with your order requirements. Items will only be dispatched when the cheque has cleared.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver the next working day. At the moment we only offer delivery to the UK. We will notify you when goods are dispatched, please allow 5 days for delivery before contacting us of goods lost in transit which we can then take up with delivery company.

RETURNS

Your rights to return are protected under the EU distance selling directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Please contact us via email or telephone if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Any goods returned should be unopened and in saleable condition.

The cost of return postage and proof of return is your responsibility so we advise you take out postal insurance to cover the return value.
